WHY DID MY PACKAGES COME SEPARATELY?
At our home base, we ship certain merchandise ourselves, as well as the soaps that we make here ourselves. We outsource the custom items. Those items will be shipped direct from the warehouse. Please note: While we strive to be plastic-free, this is why some orders placed on this website may arrive containing some plastic.
HOW ARE THE SOAPS MADE?
Each batch is made carefully and slowly. We use an organic soap base which is slowly melted down. Our organic, clean ingredients are then added in carefully, depending on the recipe seleted, and mixed completely. The soap is then set aside in a cool, dark space to cure. Once the soap is finished, we carefully cut each piece into 1" bars.
WHY ARE THE SOAP SUDS BLACK?
Our soap creats grey to black suds due to the color of Shungite powder (and fulvic & humic acid, but mostly the Shungite as that is the darkest of our ingredients. These suds will wash off. Any soap residue left behind will wash off, as well.
WILL IT STAIN?
We have not found this product to stain fabrics or other surfaces.

WILL MY SKIN BREAK OUT?
Break-Outs can occur for many different reasons: diet, water intake, activity, stress, produts, make-up, environment, etc... While our product can be known to treat acne, sometimes during treatment, that means pulling the toxins out. We know that can be uncomfortable, and sometimes in the early stages of detoxing, break-outs can occur, though this does not happen to everyone! Most people experience an improvement with break-outs. Though, if break-outs happen while using this product (assuming the reaction is not due to the essential oils), we recommend tapering off and using less, increasing water intake, and checking with a doctor you trust for advice.
WHY ISN'T THIS PRODUCT USDA CERTIFIED, IF YOUR INGREDIENTS ARE ORGANIC?
At this time, we remain a small company and hope to reach this status one day. Our ingredients are USDA organic certified. We will have third-party testing coming soon!
